• Visual Harvesting is a unique and creative approach that stimulates our minds, enhances our conversations and the group experience. Thoughts, ideas, energy and experiences are harvested real-time on large visual displays. The use of pictures and text enables participants to clearly see connections and possibilities. The display provides a group memory that is easy to understand and to share with others.  My aim is to amplify how well people work together and support and boost people in their thinking in order to accomplish their goals.  
     
    Our toolkit contains different sized markers, lot’s of paper, drawing tablet and some techstuff, which we can make available if needed.
     
    We work with groups from six to six hundred.
    We work in Dutch, English and French. The work we do is an excellent way to facilitate multilingual teams.

  • I'm Martine Vanremoortele, living in Antwerp, Belgium.  I studied Communication Sciences and Marketing. After more than 15 year experience in communication and marketing, I shifted my career path to quality management and later I added coaching and creative thinking. Now I have found a way to combine management experience, creative thinking and love for colors & drawing. I love to be in the moment, listening to what is said, feeling the energy and translate it via quick accurate notes and drawings. My background in communication, marketing and quality management serves me well to understand the business language and processes and makes able to listen for deeper meaning.
  • Els Vrints is my name and I would love to share the path towards my passion with you: Visual Harvesting! When I graduated as a Graphic Designer, I kick-started my career in the corporate graphic industry where I gained experience in different areas such as prospection, sales, account management and organizational development. During these thirteen years of my life, my unstoppable drive for growth and development stood out and eventually resulted into a career change.
     
    When Martine introduced me to Visual Harvesting, it felt like coming home! It combines all the elements that are close to my heart: initiating and supporting processes of change,  working with group dynamics, living in the moment, creating, innovating, transforming, expanding self-awareness, connecting right and left brain hemispheres, communicating visually and combining the human aspect with the organizational needs.  To work with the Visual Harvest team means co-creating and unravelling potential on a daily basis.  It is a true experience and great pleasure to be able to walk this path and share this passion with my colleagues.
     
  • Hello, my name is Axelle Vanquaillie. I’m living in Antwerp, Belgium. Since I started my career, I was always fascinated by motivating people, their ideas, their goals, their, ambitions. I love to listen to them, to capture and analyse it and to translate it to solutions and plans. That’s why I worked in HR, communications and management functions for several years. To eager my hunger to creativity, I studied graphic design after my work.
     In 2008, I started my own company as management and strategic consultant. When I met Martine Vanremoortele, her job seemed like a dream to me. It combines all the skills that I have in me: listening, capturing, supporting en creating processes, drawing, … and all this in a very supportive way.
    Today, I’m delighted to be a part of the Visual harvesting team. Graphic recording for me feels like therapy: living in the moment, listening, become one with the speaker and the audience, it’ makes me happy!
